Founder of The Change Compass and creator of The Achieving Woman Program, Katrina Boyle has first-hand experience in being an achieving woman and navigating change with confidence. Following an 18-year corporate career, Katrina’s role was made redundant and she decided to figure out how she could become a successful female leader and change expert as an entrepreneur, in her own business. Her transformation to a thought leader, trainer, speaker and popular author has been an achievement.

Her program, The Achieving Woman, is a guided program for professional women to empower them to increase their salaries and accelerate their career progression, with courage and confidence.

Katrina is a highly regarded Executive Coach and recognised Change Management Practitioner. Her expertise lies in leading and managing medium and large scale change projects and partnering leaders to deliver the people, business, and financial outcomes.

She is passionate about change, leadership and women, and bringing them all together to create real results for her clients.

Previously a senior executive in one of Australia’s largest FMCG companies, Katrina has a background in sales, marketing, supply chain and human resources.

As an advocate for gender equality and increasing the number of women in leadership roles, Katrina has created a popular blog and her articles have been published on Women’s Agenda, Ruby Connection, Women in Focus and Footnotes.

More recently Katrina has been nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year award.

Katrina is accredited in Human Synergistics LSI, GSI, LI and CSP; Hogan Leadership Series HPI, HDS, MVPI and HBRI; Mental Toughness MTQ48 and holds a Certificate IV in workplace training and facilitation. Katrina is an active member of the AHRI mentoring program and is well practiced in VIA Character Strengths, Appreciative Inquiry, PROSCI Change Management Principles and CI Methodology.
